A quote from Thomas Edison
So what?
During my wind-down routine, I write down my three daily wins, ask myself “How am I better than yesterday?”, and look at my agenda and GTD system to think about tomorrow.
Before I hit the pillow, I bring to mind a question from a project or initiative I'm pursuing.
It's a powerful practice.
A note from Kevin Anderson
So what?
Here are the questions I added to my 1:1 agendas with management and leadership.
What makes the quarter’s target important and what could go wrong?
How do my projects/targets align with your goals? How do your goals align with the quarter’s target?
What’s the risky bet you have in mind that no one is looking at?

First time for me that my quote is next to one from Thomas Edison. Thanks John.
